Printing and Mailing Production Solutions

At Ironsides Technology, we develop all of our solutions in-house based on open and scalable software architecture. Ironsides helps industry leading document processors better manage their output and fulfillment challenges regardless of the device types, brands or age of production equipment. Scalable from one device to dozens of devices, our solutions interface seamlessly with our clients’ existing composition, workflow and print management software packages to share information and automate reprints.

Customization and Application Development

Ironsides’ primary product, Automated Production Tracking (APT), contains over 100 standard real time reports and provides real time transparency to work-in-process, productivity and SLA performance. Although the product requires little or no customization for almost all implementations, Ironsides maintains a team of software and application engineers for other customized software solutions and special projects. From customized reporting and integration with CRM or ERP systems, the Ironsides team has decades of experience applying workflow automation solutions across print and mail environments.
