Ironsides' APT is a software solution which tracks and ensures the integrity of individual pieces across multiple production lines and processes simultaneously. APT tracks pages being printed and finished across all brands of continuous and cut sheet production printers, ink jet printers, inserters and finishing equipment. These pieces are tracked, in real time, as the APT server receives data from cameras or scanners that are installed on the production equipment. No files need to be moved nor must any process be complete before the next process begins.

Equipment utilization and efficiency is maximized with APT because machines can run simultaneously rather than waiting for work to complete before the next process begins. Regardless of process and equipment, all pages are tracked, verified and recorded to optimize throughput and job performance.
